Demetres 35th Anniversary Menu Art

Every season, Demetres commissions original art from a local Greater Toronto Area artist. They hope these beautiful creations bring as much joy to our guests as it does to Demetres. It’s their way of cultivating the local art scene and saying a little thank you to all the artists who make our world more wonderous.

For the 35th Anniversary, Catherine was tasked to create art that celebrated the history, desserts, people, and locations, that make Demetres special. The assignment included the menu cover, spot illustrations, and menu headers.
